Q：請問貴司 BB 氣槍是否符合各國法規？​

Are your airsoft guns compliant with regulations in different countries?​​

A：本司產品均符合國際玩具安全標準，但不同國家 / 地區對 BB 氣槍的管制不同，請客戶訂購前確認當地法規，避免無法通關。​（因法律法規原因，暫不對中國内地銷售氣槍及其零件，敬請諒解）

Our products comply with international toy safety standards. However, regulations for airsoft guns vary by country/region. Customers are advised to check local regulations before ordering to avoid customs clearance issues. (Due to legal restrictions, we currently do not sell airsoft guns or their parts to Mainland China. We appreciate your understanding.)

A：我們的產品是為休閒運動和愛好者設計的，雖常被稱為「玩具槍」，但具有相當的動能。請務必將其視為嚴肅的運動器材，並始終遵守安全規則，切勿對人或動物射擊。

Our products are designed for recreational sports and enthusiasts. While often referred to as "toy guns," they possess significant kinetic energy. Please always treat them as serious sports equipment, adhere to safety rules, and never shoot at people or animals.


Q：購買你們的BB氣槍需要什麼資格？

What are the requirements for purchasing your BB guns?​​

A：購買者必須確保在您所在國家/地區達到法定購買年齡，客戶有責任了解並遵守當地法律。

Buyers must ensure they meet the legal age requirement in their country/region. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws.


Q：在我的國家進口BB氣槍是否合法？​​

Is it legal to import BB guns into my country?​​
A：​​客戶必須自行負責了解並遵守您所在國家/地區關於進口、持有和使用氣動槍械的法律法規。我們僅保證從香港合法出口。對於因進口不合法而產生的任何後果，本公司概不負責。

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country's/region's laws regarding the import, possession, and use of airsoft guns. We only guarantee legal export from Hong Kong. Our company bears no responsibility for consequences arising from illegal importation.


Q：適用的 BB 彈規格是什麼？如何保養產品？​

What are the compatible BB specifications? How to maintain the product?​​
A：建議使用直徑 6mm、重量 0.2-0.25g 的高品質 BB 彈，避免使用金屬彈；保養需定期清潔槍管、更換潤滑油，長期不使用需清空彈倉並存放於陰涼乾燥處。

We recommend using high-quality 6mm diameter BBs weighing 0.2-0.25g; avoid metal BBs. For maintenance, regularly clean the barrel and apply lubricating oil. For long-term storage, empty the magazine and store the product in a cool, dry place.



關於訂單與支付 - About Orders & Payment

Q：我如何下訂單？​​

How do I place an order?​​
A：將商品加入購物車，結帳時填寫準確的運送地址，選擇適合您地址和重量運輸方式。請使用英文填寫地址，以符合國際郵政要求。

Add items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the accurate shipping address, and select a suitable shipping method for your address and package weight. Please use English for the address to comply with international postal requirements.


​​Q：你們接受哪些付款方式？

​​What payment methods do you accept?​​

A：我們接受支付寶（Alipay）、PayPal 轉帳。

We accept Alipay and PayPal transfers.


​​Q：訂單何時能出貨？

​​When will my order ship?​​

A：訂單確認並付款完成後，我們會在15個工作日內處理並出貨。

After order confirmation and full payment, we process and ship orders within 15 business days.

  • 在首次使用產品前，請務必閱讀隨附的說明書。

   Before first use, be sure to read the included instruction manual.

  • 始終佩戴護目鏡。

   Always wear protective goggles.

  • 切勿對人、動物、玻璃窗或易碎物品射擊。
   Never shoot at people, animals, glass windows, or fragile objects.
  • 使用後請妥善保管，避免兒童接觸。

   Store the product properly after use and keep it out of reach of children.



​​常見問題排解 - Troubleshooting Common Issues​​

槍械無法擊發 - The gun does not fire.​​

  • ​檢查1：​​ 確保彈匣使用正確的方式充滿氣。

   Check 1:​​ Ensure the gas magazine has been filled with gas correctly.


  • ​​檢查2：​​ 確認BB彈已正確裝入彈匣，且彈匣已牢固安裝。

   Check 2:​​ Confirm that BBs are loaded correctly into the magazine and that the magazine is firmly installed.


  • ​​檢查3：​​ 檢查保險裝置是否處於「安全」位置。

​   Check 3:​​ Check if the safety switch is in the "Safe" position.


射擊不穩定或威力下降 - ​Inconsistent firing or decreased power.

​​可能原因：​​ 錯誤的方式充氣、氣量不足、BB彈品質不佳或規格不符、Hopup系統需要調整或內部零件需要清潔保養。

Possible Causes:​​ Incorrect gas charging method, insufficient gas, poor quality or non-standard BBs, the Hop-up system requires adjustment, or internal parts need cleaning/maintenance.

3、運輸政策 - Shipping Policy​​


運送區域 - ​Shipping Regions​​​​

透過香港郵政全球速遞服務，覆蓋全球 200 + 國家 / 地區。

不含以下地區：香港郵政不運送的地區、當地法律明確禁止 BB 氣槍進口的地區，訂購前可諮詢客服確認。

We ship to over 200 countries and regions worldwide via Hongkong Post Global Express Service. Excluded destinations: Regions not served by Hongkong Post, and countries/regions where local laws explicitly prohibit the import of airsoft guns. Please contact customer service to confirm before ordering.


運送方式與時間 - Shipping Methods & Delivery Time​​​​
我們統一使用香港郵政運送，按產品重量可選擇：香港本地郵件，空郵掛號信件（2kg內），空郵包裹​​，平郵包裹等。

We exclusively use Hongkong Post. Options vary by product weight: Local Hongkong Mail, Registered Airmail Letters (under 2kg), Airmail Parcels, Surface Mail Parcels.


​​處理時間：​​ 所有訂單將在付款確認後的15個工作日內出貨。

Processing Time:​​ All orders are shipped within ​​15 business days​​ after payment confirmation.


​​運送時間：​​ 出貨後，送達全球主要目的地的預計時間為 ​​10至20個工作日​​。請注意，此為估計時間，實際送達時間可能因目的地、海關處理及旺季高峰期而有所延長。

Shipping Time:​​ After dispatch, estimated delivery to most global destinations is ​​10-20 working days​​. Note that this is an estimate; actual times may vary due to destination, customs processing, or peak season delays.


​運費計算 - ​Shipping Cost Calculation​​

運費按訂單重量及目的地計算，訂購時系統自動顯示，請按目的地及產品重量選擇適合的運送方式；全球訂單關稅由收件人承擔（依當地海關規定），本司不負責代墊關稅，若客戶拒付關稅導致貨物被退回，需承擔來回運費及貨物損耗費。​

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight and destination during checkout. Please select the appropriate method for your region and product weight. ​Important:​​ Import duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility (per local customs regulations). We do not prepay duties; if a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, the customer will bear round-trip shipping costs and any related losses.


運送變更與延誤​ - ​Shipping Changes & Delays​​

訂單寄出前可申請變更收件地址（需補差額運費），寄出後無法變更；因天氣、海關查驗、節假日等不可抗力導致的運送延誤，本司將協助跟進，但不承擔延誤賠償。

客戶必須自行負責了解並遵守您所在國家/地區關於進口、持有和使用氣動槍械的法律法規。 我們僅保證從香港合法出口。對於因進口不合法而產生的任何後果，本公司概不負責。

Address changes may be requested before shipment (additional fees may apply). No changes are possible after dispatch. For delays caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, customs inspections, holidays), we will assist in tracking but do not compensate for delays.

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s/region’s laws on the import, possession, and use of airsoft guns. We only guarantee legal export from Hong Kong. Our company bears no responsibility for consequences arising from illegal importation.


 



4、隱私政策 - Privacy Policy​​


資訊收集範圍及使用目的​ - ​Scope of Information Collection & Purpose of Use​​

訂購時會收集客戶姓名、聯繫電話、收件地址、支付資訊、瀏覽網站時透過 Cookie 收集瀏覽記錄等。收集的資訊僅用於訂單處理、客服回覆、服務跟進、優化服務，不將客戶資訊用於其他未經授權的用途。​

We collect the following information when you place an order: your name, contact number, shipping address, and payment details. We also collect browsing data via cookies when you visit our website. The collected information is used solely for order processing, customer service responses, service follow-up, and service optimization. We will not use your information for any other unauthorized purposes.


資訊保護措施​ - ​Information Protection Measures​​

採用 SSL 加密技術保護客戶資訊傳輸，伺服器設置防火牆及權限管理，僅授權人員可訪問客戶資訊；不向第三方出售、共享客戶資訊。（除香港郵政等因運送產品必要的合作需用到客戶信息，且合作需遵守隱私協議）

We use SSL encryption technology to protect the transmission of your information. Our servers are equipped with firewalls and access controls, meaning customer information is accessible only to authorized personnel. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except when necessary for shipping purposes (e.g., providing your address to Hongkong Post) under strict privacy agreements with our partners.


客戶權利​ - ​Your Rights​​

客戶可隨時申請查閱、修改個人資訊，或要求刪除資訊（聯繫客服辦理）。

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time (please contact customer service). 

 



5、條款和條件​ - Terms and Conditions​​


訂單成立與取消 - Order Formation & Cancellation​​

​客戶提交訂單並完成付款後，系統確認庫存無誤即視為訂單成立；訂單成立後在安排運送前可以取消，已安排運送的訂單不可取消。

An order is formally established after the customer submits the order, completes payment, and the system confirms product availability. Orders can be cancelled before shipping arrangements are finalized; orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled.


產品責任 - ​​Product Liability​​

本司保證產品符合標準，但客戶需確保使用者年齡符合當地規定，且不得用於非法用途（如攻擊他人、破壞財物）；因不當使用導致的人身傷害或財產損失，本司不承擔責任。

We guarantee that our products meet standard specifications. However, customers must ensure that the user's age complies with local regulations and that the product is not used for illegal purposes (e.g., attacking others, damaging property). We are not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse of the product.


付款與退換貨 - ​Payment & Returns/Exchanges​​

​支持支付方式：支付寶（Alipay）、PayPal 。

退換貨需在收到貨物 3 天內申請，僅接受產品瑕疵、運送損壞或錯發貨的情況；退換貨時需保持產品包裝完整，產品不能有使用痕跡，來回運費由責任方承擔（本司責任則免費，客戶原因需自付）。

​Accepted Payment Methods:​​ Alipay, PayPal.

Return or exchange requests must be filed within 3 days of receiving the goods, and are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items. The product must be returned in its original packaging without signs of use. Return shipping costs are borne by the responsible party (we cover costs for our errors; customers bear costs for changes of mind).
