Cerakote is a high-performance ceramic composite coating developed by NIC Industries in the United States. It is widely used in the firearms, industrial, and sporting equipment sectors, renowned for its exceptional abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and color stability.


Unlike traditional spray painting or electroplating, Cerakote delivers outstanding protective performance at an extremely thin film thickness (just 0.0125–0.025 mm), while maintaining precise dimensional tolerances of the coated parts.

Every coated product undergoes our rigorous standardized process to ensure consistent and reliable coating quality.

第一步：專業表面預處理

先使用 100#–120# 金剛砂進行噴砂處理，在零件表面形成均勻的微觀粗糙度，再進行精細化的打磨，為塗層提供最佳附著力基礎。


Step 1: Professional Surface Preparation​
First, abrasive blasting is performed using 100#–120# aluminum oxide grit to create a uniform microscopic roughness on the part surface. This is followed by fine polishing to establish an optimal foundation for coating adhesion.

第二步：深層除油清潔

以丙酮或原廠專用溶劑浸泡 10–15 分鐘，徹底去除零件表面的油脂與雜質。從此步驟開始，所有操作均佩戴無粉手套，杜絕人為污染。


Step 2: Deep Degreasing and Cleaning​
Immerse the parts in acetone or a factory-specified solvent for 10–15 minutes to thoroughly remove oils and contaminants from the surface. From this point onward, all operations must be performed wearing powder-free gloves to eliminate any risk of human contamination.

第三步：高溫除氣

金屬零件以 150°C 高溫烘烤 1 小時，驅除材料內部殘留的溶劑與污染物，確保塗層附著力達到最佳狀態。


Step 3: High-Temperature Degassing​
Metal parts are baked at 150°C for 1 hour to drive out residual solvents and contaminants trapped within the material, ensuring optimal coating adhesion.



第四步：精準調漆

嚴格按照 Cerakote 原廠體積比配方調配漆料與固化劑，並使用專用濾網過濾，確保漆料純淨均勻。混合後的漆料在 2 小時內使用完畢，保證塗層性能。


Step 4: Precision Paint Mixing​
The paint and curing agent are mixed strictly according to the Cerakote factory-specified volume ratio, then filtered through a dedicated strainer to ensure a pure and uniform mixture. The mixed paint must be applied within 2 hours to guarantee optimal coating performance.

第五步：專業噴塗

使用 LPH-80 專業 HVLP 噴槍（0.8mm 噴嘴），在 75–100mm 距離下進行均勻噴塗，精準控制塗層厚度在標準範圍內。


Step 5: Professional Spraying​
Using an LPH-80 professional HVLP spray gun with a 0.8mm nozzle, the coating is applied evenly at a distance of 75–100 mm, precisely controlling the film thickness within the standard specification range.

第六步：恆溫固化

標準固化程序：120°C 恆溫烘烤 2 小時，讓陶瓷塗層完全交聯固化，達到最佳的硬度與耐磨性能


Step 6: Constant-Temperature Curing​
Standard curing procedure: bake at a constant 120°C for 2 hours to allow the ceramic coating to fully cross-link and cure, achieving optimal hardness and wear resistance.
