推嘴結構及調節方法 - Nozzle Mechanism and Operating Principle

工作原理 - Working Principle

模仿Marui的限力結構。通過開洩氣孔降低膛壓,降低威力。通過調節洩氣孔大小來調整威力。因為飛鏢相對進氣口的位置沒有因為調節威力而變化,所以不會影響飛鏢切換氣流方向的時機,保證全段調節範圍的系統工作穩定性。

The design emulates Marui’s power‑limiting structure. By opening a vent hole, chamber pressure is reduced, thereby lowering the muzzle energy (FPS). Power is adjusted by varying the size of this vent hole.Because the position of the dart relative to the gas inlet remains unchanged during adjustment, the timing of the dart’s gas‑flow diversion is not affected. This ensures stable system operation across the entire adjustment range.



調節步驟 - Adjustment Steps

1、用指甲或工具將調節螺絲鎖向後拉,使其脫離調節螺絲定位槽。

1、Use a fingernail or tool to pull the lock sleeve backward, disengaging it from the adjustment screw’s detent groove.





2、通過洩氣孔觀察調節螺絲,並用M1.5六角匙將調節螺絲旋入或旋出。

2、Look through the vent hole to observe the adjustment screw. Using a M1.5 hex key, turn the adjustment screw inward (clockwise) or outward (counter‑clockwise).




↑↑↑  如圖,螺絲縮入後方,洩氣孔完全打開,該狀態為最低火力。

↑↑↑  As shown: When the screw is retracted inward, the vent hole is fully open. This is the minimum power setting.






↓↓↓  逐步旋出螺絲,從洩氣孔觀察到螺絲光滑部分逐步遮蓋洩氣孔,火力逐步增大。

↓↓↓  Gradually turn the screw outward. Through the vent hole, you will see the smooth section of the screw progressively covering the vent hole, and power will increase step‑by‑step.




↓↓↓  如圖,出氣口被調節螺絲圓柱部分完全遮蔽,該狀態為最大火力。

↓↓↓  As shown: When the vent hole is completely covered by the cylindrical section of the adjustment screw, this is the maximum power setting.








注意 -  Important Note

如想獲得最大火力,則不能再把螺絲向外擰,否則螺紋部分進入洩氣孔,密封能力下降,反而不能獲得最大火力,如下圖7所示。本產品結構和一般理解的常規調節結構不同,不能通過手感上調節螺絲擰到兩端極端獲得兩個極值。而是需要觀察洩氣孔是否完全打開或關閉獲得最大和最小值。

To achieve maximum power, do not turn the screw further outward once the vent hole is fully covered. If the threaded section enters the vent hole, the seal will be compromised, and maximum power will not be achieved (see Figure 7 below).
This product’s mechanism differs from conventional adjustable designs. The two power extremes (min/max) are not reached by simply turning the screw to its physical limits. Instead, you must visually confirm through the vent hole whether it is fully open or fully closed to obtain the minimum and maximum settings.
